i have the xps 15 l502x with the gt540m. i installed latest drivers from nvidia, and latest intel drivers from dell, i went to intel control panel and changed the scaling setting under MEDIA to stretch. but nvidia has no scaling option. so when i play rome total war i always get black bars on side. how do i get rid of this?

    thanks

Your pc's res is most likely higher than the game supports. Try changing it.

There's usually a setting in the graphics drivers for centering and sizing of lower resolutions. However, for some reason I'm not seeing a setting in mine, but you might. In the Nvidia drivers it should be called something like "Adjust desktop size and position".
