So I have a new XPS 9370 with the 45w power adapter. I have one of the newer power banks (65Wh - PW7018LC). I wanted to know if I should order a 65w power adapter for it? I had the 45w adapter plugged into the power bank, and the power bank into my laptop (which had a full battery). It took about 4 hours for the battery to get a full charge, and I believe the device I was attempting to charge (plugged into the USB port of the battery) wasn't getting a good charge.
Do I need a 65wh power adapter for the battery?
Also, would a 65wh power adapter charge the laptop any faster? Or at least not cause the battery to drain while plugged in under high load?
Thanks

Hey Clayton,
Looks like nobody answered your question? Did you find an answer elsewhere as it is a good question.
Can you tell me more about your Power Bank? Like how long will it run your laptop before recharging, links etc.
Will it work with my six year old Dell XPS 13 L322X which runs an internal battery and why I want one.
I made a post asking questions about that yesterday:

Wow, just noticed that your post had 1,722 Views, yet no one bothered reply?!

The power pack is the Dell branded USB-C one. Not sure if it will work with your unit. For my XPS 13 - 9370. It will charge from 5% to about 70%. It takes about 2 hours to charge the battery pack roughly.jack53 likes this. -
Thanks for the reply Clayton
