Hello Folks, I tried to post on M1730 lounge, but couldn't get any responses as my post was lost in nowhere(nowhere equals only to over 8000 posts).
So, my question is how XPS bag for 17 inches notebook looks on a common person's back in use from all sides. Maybe someone of you have or could make these pictures and post there?

I'm thinking about few types of backpacks. The first is the original XPS backpack for M1730. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/...etail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=310-9526 I was surfing thru the net, the only picture I found was this:

But it seems he is about 160cm tall. Or this bag is really so huge? It makes hard to understand how big it is. So it would be very interesting to see on someone else from all sides of view.

Also, maybe you have pictures of yourself with another 17" back pack? Like this:

    Thank you so much!

I have the older XPS backpack for my 1730 and it is about 2 - 3 inches taller than most common backpacks like my targus which will not fit the XPS. And it is no thicker either. The picture you have posted looks disproportionate....like the person is a "child"....look here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0uIIyCEwIc

I thought that too that this is a child. I saw this youtube video before and I know how the backpack looks, but I want to see it on someone's back. So I really know its proportions. So if you could make pictures of yourself it would be nice. Thanks!

    Its about 187cm, right?

Maybe you could be so generous for me and could pose in front of a camera with your backpack on your back? It would be very awesome for me to see how it looks from front, from back and from side. You can upload them to imageshack.us or any other place, or just attach here and show me. :)

Thank you so much! If you help me, I'll praise you to whoever I meet :D

This targus backpack has worked well for my M1730:

    http://www.targus.com/us/product_details.asp?sku=TXL617

Its laptop interior well padded and has no hard plastic buckles that can scratch / damage the unit. It has numerous straps to minimize bulk yet expands to a hefty volume if necessary. I'm 5'8", and it doesn't look too big on me.

THat doesnt even look like a backpack. It looks like a piece of Samsonite luggage with parachute straps attached.
