I am having a lot of problems and almost 3 times many of parts are replaced..and I am still having problems..They said that they can replace the parts but cant replace laptop.

My laptop is under complete cover.

Anyone from India was able to get his laptop replaced?

haha, not what I was expecting... I was wishing I were in India for a very, very brief moment.

The question you mean to ask is 'has anyone from India been able to get his or her laptop replaced?' The way you phrased it infers that everyone in India could get their laptop replaced.

Back to the topic, yes I had my 1330 replaced.. It was within the first 30 days, since the unit I received had fitting issues, as did almost all the units being shipped during that time..

Also, read your CC agreement carefully.. When I bought my laptop, three failed warranty repairs were enough ground to give you a replacement system. Keep in mind that it would probably be refurbished, though..

Yeah, whenever I talk with them they say its not within 30 days :(

Have you ever used/got refurbrished one? What about the quality and look of refurbirshed laptop? Does it gives shining look?

    Thanks

Read your terms of Service for dell in India and then demand a exchange if it shows that for indian. You will have to fight with the supervisor. In the USA if they replace a part 3 times for the same issue. There is a lemon law to help us demand an exchange .
