I just noticed I do. The IDT driver which has its control panel and the ATI Function Driver for High Definition Audio AA01 in device manager. I've disabled this and notice no difference (as in sound still works) and I've also never noticed an interface for this. Does anyone else have just one or use both or what?

I believe the ATI driver is for sound over HDMI and maybe display port

Yes, the ATI 'audio' is purely a pass through for the HDMI port.
