I am using this driver and it is working fine for me. I was recommended by a XPS support technician to use it so I guess it should work out alright for you also.

I'm using the LaptopVideo2Go 182.06 drivers on my M1530 and cannot complain. Before I did this driver update my computer would actually completely turn off while I was playing games, like Crysis and GRID. Ever since I did the driver update to this version, I have had no trouble. I installed the drivers through the "Have Disk" method.

Basically you download a compressed folder of the driver's installation directory, download a modified INF file, overwrite the original INF in the extracted folder with the modded one, and use Device manager to update the graphics card's driver by have disking the modded INF.

I'm using this one, too. It works great. Been using laptopvideo2go drivers for a couple of years. I extract the files replace the inf with the modded one and then run the setup program.

Yes, it should help with new games. You can see the driver release notes here:

    iam a little confused
    in laptopvideo
    Operating System: Windows XP/2K 32bit
    Driver Version: 182.06
    Driver Date: 2009-02-09 (YYYY-MM-DD)

    Driver Released by: NVIDIA
    MS WHQL Certificate

    in nividia site
    Version: 182.06
    Release Date: February 18, 2009
Operating System: Windows XP, Windows XP Media Center Edition
    Language: U.S. English

1- what is the difference ?
    2- what whql mean?

1- There is no difference at first. However when you download the "Modded INF" your going to use that file to edit what you download by overwriting the original INF. What you download the driver from laptopvideo2go will extract to and create a folder, and in that folder is the INF you wish to replace. You can then install via the setup file located in the extracted folder or through the "Have Disk" method I mentioned earlier.
2- Windows Hardware Quality Labs (or similar) it means the driver was tested on a variety of different systems before being released, so their more stable and less buggy than non-WHQL.
3- The latest driver is 185.26, but not WHQL certified. The newest WHQL certified driver is 182.08, however that was a Quadro driver so I'm sticking with latest WHQL GeForce Driver. 182.08 still works on GeForce cards though.
    4- somewhat answered in 1
The change your making is changing the file that tells the driver what it can be installed on to allow any graphics card from the mobile series. Their desktop drivers that work fine on notebooks.
