Hello everyone, I have the dell xps 9560 with 4k touchscreen display. My HID complaint touchscreen is no longer in my device manager under human interface devices. I've tried looking for it under show hidden devices, I've tried re-downloaded it but I cannot. I've been to the dell website to download drivers. Every where I search, everyone makes the same comments of clicking enable under HID complaint touchscreen but how can I if I don't even have HID complaint touchscreen under human interface devices. This is very irritating and I just want the correct answer. Please help and thank you very much.

You should probably use the 9650 thread instead of creating a new one. That said, you might want to check if Touchscreen is enabled in BIOS.

As above, and run Dell diagnostics via the F12 option at startup before you look further into it.
It could be a loose cable where it plugs into the motherboard as they hold it together with a bit of tape
