I have the SXPS 1640, ATI 3670, running on Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

When I play Half Life 2 Deathmatch I can play for max 15-20 minutes before it suddenly freezes up, with the CPU at 100%. Even if I manage to exit the game and close out of Steam, the CPU hold at at 100% until I reboot.

I tried switching over to the modded ATI drivers, but still no dice. Tried adding switches -32 bit, etc., changing the graphics to the lowest settings, but nothing works.

It ran fine when I was under Vista 64. The problems happened after switching to Windows 7 64.

I'm up to date with all drivers, bios, and windows updates.

    Anyone have any ideas?
