Has anyone heard when we will be able to order stand-alone 128/256/512GB SSDs with the L521X configurations on dell.com? I've tried posing this question to Dell directly that has only resulted in a lot of confused and ambiguous, apologetic answers.

The whole 5400 RPM HDD + mSATA SSD makes me sick. Perhaps 7200 RPM plus mSATA, but still single SSD is obviously preferred, even if there is a larger price tag associated with this configuration.

I'd prefer that the SSD be included in the configuration because this is for my sister--if this was going to be my own laptop, I'd buy w/out and install my own--problem solved. I want her to have warranty support that covers the SSD.

If this is the way that last year's XPS15 started and you can leverage your past experience with Dell's strategy, or you have more authoritative knowledge, please advise!
