Chromebooks on the skylake platform finally get Linux support.

It took years, but its finally here. If you have a skylake platform chromebook, you can now enable the linux environment and run linux packages.

The most notable skylake devices are the Samsung Chromebook Pro, Asus Flip C302, and Dell 13-3380.
    • go to: chrome://flags
    • search for VMS
    • turn on "Enable VMS on Experimental kernels"
    • restart your chromebook.
    • go to settings / advanced and look for the Developers section.
