This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Pixleated thin text in Chrome

    I tried to remove the RH side scrollbar in Chrome. I pasted this command [ chrome://flags] into the address bar [without the brackets], and Ctrl F and searched for scrollbar. You select ENABLE and then restart Chrome. It removed the scrollbar but suddenly I had thin pixleated text that drove me crazy till I figured it out.

    For some reason 2D canvas somehow got enabled and was causing the issue.

    Anyways this will autohide the scrollbar in Chrome if you like to watch movies without the annoying white bar on the side.
