    Can someone tell me what the battery life is of the z80k, ive been unable to come across anything that tells me.
    Does the machine run hot, bottom, palm rest area?
    Also if you have any links or more information on this machine it would be greatly appreciated.

    The answers depend on your processor. I have a 62 W 3400+ and my machine hardly gets warm, especially with the Cool'n Quiet driver from AMD. I haven't rigourously tested battery life, but for surfing, and editing, I have the sense that 2 hrs or a little more would be a good guess.
