    Hi guys
    i currently own a z71v and i have trouble with the video out
    when i play any video format, avi rm mpeg etc, and using the tv out, only one screen can see the video. ie either the TV sees the video or the LCD sees the video. but never both

    so i cant play video on the tv and still do sumthing else on the laptop since in order for me to play video on TV, my lcd screen must switch off (from the function key, i have to set "TV only" in order to see the video on tv, if i set to "TV and LCD", only LCD sees the video and the TV just have the window media player but black background inside it),
    hope i make my situation clear enough for others to understand it :p

    is there any fix to this? or am i doing something wrong?

    Try playing with the nVidia settings... I believe "Clone mode" should make a video play on both.
