Are you trying to upgrade the gpu, or just do some customization for one of the M50 models?

No one offers a gpu upgrade/replacement afaik, just cpu/ram/hdd.

See above. Customizing the GPU on Ensemble models, including M50, is not available anywhere that I'm aware.

i wanted to buy this m50 second model koz HD > 95gs actully i belive no point of realsing 95gs lol :D even 86gt ddr3 beats it

anyway i wanted to customize with hd 3650 like that offer of newegg or nxis .. whatever but without the 500 gb hdd koz it 1500 $ and i have 1300 $

Ask your mom for $200 credit line
You can make these money during summer.
Or keep your fingers cross and wait for Independence Day sales

    Here's some pointers...
The 9500m GS is better than the HD 3560 for gaming.
No Asus resellers will customize the GPU on the M50, nor will they take the hard drive out to save you money.
Asus no longer has the 8600m GT w/ gddr3 due to heat issues. Only the DDR2 version is available.

I personally disagree with emporiumboutique comment about the Nvidia being a better card. In my opinion its splitting hairs, there is very little difference in performance between the 2 cards, although I've read reviews that suggest the ATI is quicker under benchmark however only by a few points. And reviews also suggest the ATI is better for apps, such as Photoshop although my memory is a little shy on that one.

However its not only the G-card and HDD that differs, the screens are also different as well as the memory. I'd suggest like Oldman, find the cash, but be sure of the native resolutions before buying!

Lame screen on the first one.

Killer specs on the second one though.

Gentech computers ( www.1toppc.com) also sells nvidia equipped M50's. The SV-A1 has an XGA+ screen, and the B1 adds on a blue ray drive for only 70 dollars more at the expense of a slightly slower CPU (not like the T8100 is really a dog or anything).
