Hello Ive got a problem with my vx7sx. When running 3d mark 11 and video games Im getting glitchs and green screens. Is there any problem with video drivers?

Ive been experiencing almost the same problem in the past wth a g73 with radeon 5870... There was some unique driver to use and had to flash v bios..

    Thanks for the answer.

It seems that the problem is not about the drivers... now even in windows I got glitches..

Tho when I lift the lower right corner of the machine around 1 CM in the air.. the glitches fades and the screen look normal... but when I put it down they comeback..

What could it be? Bad card connection?...

    This is ing weird

    Thanks

I would highly doubt it would be a card connection as they are bolted to the motherboard itself, so unless all 4 screws snapped, it would not be a connection issue. I'm guessing it's the harddrive, it might be close to failing. Mechanical drive's can get damaged with movement, especially sudden shaking, try replacing the harddrive and doing a fresh windows install to see if the problem goes away.

Though i would recommend installing an SSD, as that is the general consensus with laptops nowadays.

I did some test and I connected my Laptop on the plasma TV. Surprise no glitch, perfect screen while I Still have glitches on the laptop LCD.

I looked at some youtube video and it looks like the LCD connector is close to the lower right corner.. Could it be possible that the connector was not clipped in correctly?

When I presse move my laptop around this area, I get some other glitches and artefacts

When I press in the middle of the laptop it glitches too... but again its not the motherboard Since I dont get those glitch when the laptop is connected to my TV
