    Hi,I have a 1000HD that was restored about a month ago (from ASUS DVD) I tried to use a usb printer and the computer didn't see it but it see's my other usb devices and my other computers see the printer.I tried a bios update and still no good.Thank You

    Have you tried install the printer driver first?

    Hi David,Thanks for the help.I don't have a driver for the printer,if I plug in usb it makes a sound when the printer is turned on and off but doesn't install or even says that it sees it but if I plug the printer into another laptop it sees it and installs it? Is there a way to maybe adjust the usb ports so they see it?
