    i'll buy a slim and portable notebook and u3 is one of my choices. the other ones are m1330 and macbook. u3 generally meets my expectations especially the slim solid beautiful design but have concerns about battery life and performance. is there any u3 users can convince me to buy a u3?

    Also keep in mind that it does not have a built in DVD drive, you'll have to use an external one.

    We find the U6 to be just as attractive from the ultra portable segment. What is the reasonable battery life in your case?

    i was also in the market for portable laptop and was deciding between sony sz, u3 and u6s. I decided for the U6s for the style and dvd drive.

    i dont know the average battery time for u6. in forum pages i gathered the information that u3 has about 3.5 hrs with 6 cell but i'm not sure about that. a reasonable battery time is something closer to 4 hours. but 3.5 is acceptable. because in real time these periods shortens.
