To remove the keyboard on the asus z70va to the latches have to be pushed in with the tweezers or pushed to a side or what? The manuals don't seem to make it clear.
Thanks

...there are spring clips and a small flathead screwdriver makes an easy job of it....
.... don't forget the two screwed under the laptop (marked with a "k>") -
so I'm assuming that means you push them in (the direction of the display right?)
Sorry but I'm being hypercautious here.. -
Yea, I just used a flathead. Ones above F1 and the other Prt Sc, if I recall correctly, just slowly push it in, and push the screwdriver towards you, it should pop out

okay, so if you take the keyboard is off what about the memory latches? how are you supposed to release them? Which direction are you supposed to pull or push them?

..... well for the one under the keyboard you take the tw screws off and slide it... if you look at it you should be able to see which direction it goes.... it's not rocket science, but I understand you just don't want to screw anything up... don't worry.

My trick on removing the keyboard? Use ur credit card!.. U just swipe it throught and all the lil latches goes bye bye. Flathead screw driver can make a scratch if you press too hard, creditcard doesn't.
