Long story short, something like the F3Jp would suit you more with a radeon X1700 GPU, as it could handle all you could throw at it, unless you are on a budget. The 7300 could handle far cry alright, but everything else will need to be played on low or lowest detail, with some bad chugging is larger fights.

That's correct, the go 7300 is roughly 2.5 times weaker than the X1600/X1700/7600. And close to 3 times weaker than the Go 7700.

If you want a 15.4" notebook with good graphics for gaming look to the F3 series there are several to choose from. Also the S96j and Z96j which are customizeable.

If you don't mind using a slightly smaller screen, look to the W3J and A8js featuring an X1600 and GO 7700 respectively.

Guesstimates state the G1P could be release roughly 1.5 weeks before Christmas, as for the MSRP, I'm not sure because, the specs are not exactly finalized.

Some are estimating conservatively at 1800-1900$, but since this is geared to gaming it can easily be close to 2300$. (Unfortunately we haven't gotten a final price, we'll let you know, untill we find out)

    The G1P will have 2.0 C2D , 160GB @5400rpm SATA, 2GB 667mhz, will also have Windows MCE.

Yes we will be able to customize:
