    g50v1 lcd problems

    Can anyone tell me what I am seeing; it is light spots around the area where the gamer logo is on the back. The llight spots are very noticable when it has a dark background, hardly noticable with light to very light backgrounds. It is a straight line with two dots about half the size of dimes. It is very annoying and it sits dead center of the screen.

    kinda looks like this, but the grey area is a shade darker

    i have this too but its very very very hard to notice unless its very dark and the laptop is the only source of light.

    well yeah i too think that its somehow related to this stupid logo which you cant turn off.

    I've never noticed this on my G50V. The grayish smudges pictured above are barely even noticeable unless you look at it at a very specific angle.

    that loks like a line and 2 circles? leave the lcd all white for a few min then turn on the black b/g and see if its still there
