I was installing Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield on my M6N and I accidently executed the application while it was installing. I was just trying to move the icon, but the stupid touchpad detected a double-click. The dvd-rom then went all crazy and by this, I mean that the dvd-rom kept on reading the disc non-stop (makes loud noises). I try to install the game again and the cd-rom fails to speed up. I think it's running like at 10x speed instead of 40x cd-rom speed.

    Is my dvd-rom broken?

    Thanks in advance
