    driver updates

    I have been trying to update my video drivers but everyone i try i get this error

    The Nvidia setup program could not locate any drivers that are compativle with your current hardware setsup.

    please could anyone tell me what i am doing wrong or what im missing?

    You need a so-called modded inf.

    While you're at it, download new drivers from laptopvideo2go, as well. You will find info about the modded inf there, as well.

    Your overall success with drivers from L2GO will vary *GREATLY*. They will all install just fine with the modded .INF, but performance varies a lot from driver to driver.

    Unfortunately it's a matter of trial and error from what I've found.

    Yep, but I wouldn't suggest him to install other drivers with the modded INFs. Such a combination is even more doubtful (if it works at all).

    Basically, for NVIDIA, the choice is either use the stock drivers, or use laptopvideo2go drivers...
