    the blu-ray drive that come in the m50vm are they lightscribe?

    I've never heard of a Blu-ray drive that was also Lightscribe capable, at least not so far. Lasers are different, for one thing, so probably not.

    The M50 series don't have lightscribe. In fact, most Asus notebooks sold in the US won't have lightscribe.
