i live in europa and i am looking for a good laptop. I came across asus and i find a lot about "built on asus" notebooks but are they available in europe because i can't find a thing about the z70 or z71 etc in europe. Are these models still coming to europe or not????

On the other hand, i can find info about an asus A6Va in europe but i can't find anything about this lappy in the usa. Does anybody know the real difference between the z71 and the A6Va???

    thanks in advance

The z71v has the 6600 Go while the A6Va has the x700.

Unless you mean the z70v which also has the x700.

The A6Va seems to be the A6ne with the Sonoma chipset and a x700, as it looks similiar to the A6ne and the z70v. It also has a built in camera(like the A6ne).

Looks like the A6Va isnt sold in North America as of yet..

In Europe, I've heard that only certain countries have it, as well as many companies 'rebranded' that unit. Check ASUS's retailers on their site under your country

the v70 is probably still called the M6 here in europe, best thing to do is to check the models listed on your local ASUS site. This will give you the names for the models, dont go by the US names as the US is different to the rest of the world.
The ASUS site should also list anumber of retailers where you can buy their products in your part of the world
