as i couldnt edit my other related post i have to make a new one.

Does anyone know if asus is going to release now notebooks, because the one im im going to buy seems like the most powerfull one and its been around for a year or so, and im going crazy with anxiety. I dont want to buy a new notebook and in a couple of months see a new kick ass machine![ :(] So, any rumors? will it help to question asus about this?

he,he im not that super rich[ :p]. I was just a bit stressed out on the matter. I thought that new laptops came out every 5 or 6 months!
Unfortunatly here in this little corner of europe the only way to get dell or many other brands is to ship it from abroad and i would like to stay away from it.

You mentioned athlon 64. I dont see that many notebooks with that cpu. Is it that much better than the P43.2 for games and graphic design, 3d modeling?
    Thanks for your reply

A report in digi-times suggests that the begining of next year will bring new 12-14" thin and light notebooks based on the new intel PM chipset from ASUS and ACER. The 15.4" notebooks haven't been selling that well, so it looks like ASUS will shift focus from these to thin and lights.
