Alright, I'm running a G1S-A1 with XP and I have a small glitch that is pretty much just irritating and doesn't effect much, but it's strange enough I thought I'd post it up. Anytime I connect a second monitor to my computer, the wallpaper changes to black. Everything works fine, it's just black. If I go into display properties, it still shows the correct image as being the wallpaper, but nothing shows up but black. If I reselect it (go to browse, find the file) it works fine but only after I disconnect the second monitor. What's up?

Alright, just plugged in the monitor again after resetting the background and it stayed this time. Now I'm really confused! Gonna try to replicated it again.

There are glitches in dual monitor handling in WinXP, that have never been fixed...

For instance, I have auto-hiding quick-launch bar & other toolbars, they are not painted properly when I remove the external monitor -- I have to log off to get them to display.

Another thing but this is due to video drivers, the laptop screen flickers maybe 10-15 times if I forget to set the config to 1 monitor when I hibernate it, before removing the VGA cable.
