I have an Asus A53S laptop and I'm having a weird issue with my mouse and touchpad. Whenever I use the mouse or the touchpad to click on the start menu, exit out a window, etc. windows wont actually perform the task at times. I will be sitting there for 10-15sec. clicking on the start menu and nothing will happen and then the start menu will pop up, same with exiting out and everything else involving clicking. The keyboard works fine and as it should, I usually have to hit the windows button to shut down because the clicks won't work properly. Not sure what the issue is and tried to figure it out, did a system restore, changed settings, and eventually I formatted the computer and reinstalled windows 7, still having this weird clicking issue. Anyone have an idea what is going on?
