    I have seen the preivous post about W7S.
    Does it means that I can upgrade to 2.5G with every W7S latops?
    Im decide to buy one and want to upgrade to 2.5G.

    The W7 should accept and access the 2GB ram stick without problem, as long as the purchased ram specs are consistent and correct.

    But the seller didnt change the information as well. just like buy.com, they still using the old informations of W7S.
    You mean I just ignore it and add a 2G ram instead?

    It works. I have a W7S with 2.5 Gigs of ram.

    Yep, one of the moderators also has her W7S running @ 2.5GB.

    Unfortunately, 2.5GB is the max the W7s can be upgraded to. Its not a problem for the time being, since 2GB is becoming standard in anything that costs more than $1000, but as the computer world advances and more memory is required, it could put a serious problem to upgrading and using the computer to the full extent later on.
