Just curious, how many devices can bluetooth normally run at once? for example can I run a bluetooth mouse while listening to music on a bluetooth headset simultaneously?

I thought it was 6, but I don't know much about it. You can probably google it.

Like you are ever going to go over 5 anyways... Even 5 is still a lot to me.

You will certainly be able to do the two you listed. I have had a keyboard, Mouse, and wireless headphones going on my handheld, while it was synicng to my laptop (via bluetooth), thats 4 on a handheld. The W3 should be in good shape, and if it uses the same Bluetooth that is in the V6j, it will be pretty nice.

I don't foresee ever needing more than three, so that's cool :)
How much battery life does Bluetooth drain, on average? Trying to decide whether to go with a bluetooth mouse or a regular usb one...

Any suggestions on a bluetooth mouse? I don't necessarilly need the keyboard, but if I have to take it for the mouse, so be it.

I am looking at the Microsoft one. The only other possibility is the IOGEAR one (it has rechargeable batters and a cable that plugs into a USB port to charge the batterys when you want) It also has a on/off switch. I have a microsoft wireless mouse right now so I think I will go with them unless some other posts here stear me otherwise.

BTW, do bluetooth items (a mouse for example) drain the battery quicker than a wireless RF mouse with a usb hub thinger?

I don't know about the wireless drain, but I have the Stowaway travel mouse. I got it because it is smaller, but also because I can use it with my handheld. Otherwise, I am a fan of Logitech products.

i've been looking Logitec V270 bluetooth wireless mouse but there seems to be alot of problems with it from what i've read. I might take the risk and go for it anyways.

Anyone know of any good bluetooth headphone?

Looking into the bluetake i-phono mini headphones currently

I did a search, and looked through the above links, but I couldn't find if there has been any mention of whether or not you can use both Bluetooth and the InstantOn / Audio DJ function at the same time. It would be sweet if you can just play CD's and listen through a wireless BT headphone set, but I'm afraid that's wishing for too much. Anybody know?

    Thanks in advance.

If I were to guess I would assume it is a windows driver that makes bluetooth work. If that is the case you would need windows booted up :( Hopefully I am wrong :)

Yup, internal bt needs the windows drivers... however, if you decide to go with a bt dongle that uses batteries and just plugs into any headphone minijack, you can do what you're saying, although you could do that with any audio device with a minijack.
