    Hi,

I am trying to connect my laptop to my tv using S Video cable, but I can't get it to work.

I noticed that my W2V has 7 pin S video output and my tv has 4 pin S video and I am using 4pin to 4pin S video cable (both ends 4pin). Is this the problem? Do I need to purchase some sort of converter?

    thx guys

I dunno about that, but you can always get one of those S-Video to RCA cables, I use one and it works on my TV. Connecting via S-Video to S-Video also works for me.

I don't know about the whole pin thing though sorry.
