    Hello. As you can see, this is my first post. I've been looking around this forum for months now and I have a question now.

    Anyway, as implied in the title, what is the difference between the W1J, the W2J, and the A7J? Please discuss. Thank you.

    W1j = 15.4" media center, smaller version of W2 series
    W2j = 17" media center, very thin and light
    A7j = 17" affordable media center

    The W1j can probrably be only found in Europe and Asia, chances of it in Canada as well. Very slim chance to be brought to the US.

    Wow, coriolis, that was a succinct reply; you seemed to have summed it up in one post. Anyway, thank you for the reply.

    Are there any "Built on ASUS" versions of those three?

    Nope, and probrably won't, as the W1 and W2 have always been ENSEMBLE's, though the A7 kinda surprised me, it is the sucessor of the Z83v, which was a BoA unit.

    In addition to Cor.... the W1J is a heavy but robust 15.4''.

    I know it hasn't been mentioned Phantom, but if you're not looking for a 17" but weight is a concern, the V1j is expected later this year - it's a relatively thin and light 15.4 inch Ensemble.

    Chances of it, the W1n was here, the W1v was not, chances that the W1j will be here, about 50% ;)
