I was wondering what the QC is like with ASUS software, they put on their website a new Bios 1102A and now this one is put up on the website with this comment!

    "BIOS Ver.1102
1.Correct CPU fan speed while CPU fan being turned-off"

Does this mean the other one was no good?

I tried the 1102A but it was cooking my machine (I know it can handle the temps but I couldn't!) so I went back to the 801 version.

I was wondering, has anyone ever got a relpy back from ASUS. If so, where they helpful and did they listen to your problems, maybe even take on board your ideas? The reason I'm asking it that they don't seem to respond or take notice of their own forum in their own websight.

I don't understand how that can be good for business.
