I am not all that great with this stuff, so I apologize in advance if what I say doesn't make all that much sense.

I was watching videos online today and noticed that the HD ones were not playing as they should. So I decided to look in the Nvidia control panel to see if something was up, but to my surprise it has completely disappeared. I then opened my device manager and only the Intel HD Graphics are present under Display adapters.

I then went on the Asus support site and downloaded the drivers for the Nvidia adapter, clicked the setup.exe, and got "The NVIDIA setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."

I am currently sitting on hold with Asus support, but I figured I would post here in the event that I have missed something obvious and there is an easy fix.

edit: should also mention that this unit has been to Asus twice before for service. Once for a faulty mousepad and the second for a dead HDD.
