    Thinking about getting an ASUS notebook, any suggestions?

    I have a 4 and a half year old HP that is starting to show it's age. I have researched and pretty much decided on an ASUS or a Mac, but most likely ASUS. I would like peoples opinion on which ASUS laptop would be the most suitable for my needs and also most reliable please. I mainly use it for Internet, skype video calls, DVDs, as well as word documents. I would prefer one that is somewhat fast and has a decent battery life with good wifi range. Thanks
