    After finding out that the GTX 280M is bullcrap and that it's just an overclocked 9800M GTX, I'm done with the GTX 280M..Now I was considering the W90vp before but I heard there were alot of problems.Are these problems ironed out?

    Lol... Panzer, the kinks in the M17x is aren't ironed out :nah: and there is a performance boost in the GTX 280m's of about 20-30% and that's before OC, the cooling and base performance have been raised... not to mention all the features of the M17x, slot loaded blu-ray, SLI and intergrated GPU switch over when needed for enteded battery life of 3 hours, great design, great cooling, great package... And the M17x has the MXM 3.0b slots as well, so why not just get a sing 260m right now and wait till the release of the new ATI and Nvidia cards... either way you seem to be a little billgerent to me

    Easy for you to say MrBB.I see from your sig that you had the money to get a fully loaded M17x.I however, can't afford SLI GTX 280M and a QX9300 AND a blue ray. You can see the full power of M17x, while I'm stuck with a T9600 at the most.The W90vp has the processor I want(afford) and awesome ATI Graphics for $1000 less.I can't afford all that extra stuff.I need take these things into consideration.

    Hey man my system only cost me 3,400... I bought the processor seperate for 400 which is always an option, as well you could also buy the Blu-ray seperate... I got the Burner and I though it was a good deal so I got it through dell

    Anyway I am sorry, the W90 is quite an amazing machine, as far as benchmarks go it has gotten the highest seen so far! it handles all games incredibly well, talk to VisciousUXMC... sorry I commandered your thread... andy yes most the kinks were worked out already!

    Its ok MrBB.I still may wait to see what AW does with the 4870s and M17x.

    Right now W90v seems like a good option for the price.We'll see.

    PS:I would get all that stuff seperate but opening up the laptop is a no go for me.I know for sure I'm going to mess something up.Same with Overclocking.

    Very much so, very much so... just remember it is outfitted with MXM 2.1 slots so the latest GPU's wouldn't be accesible
