ok the title is misleading...let me clarify it up

ok so my F8Va currently runs a 32bit vista and it's loaded with 4GB...and it's weird how since 32bit only reads 3GB, why bother putting in 4??? lol well couple days ago, I bought an Eee PC 901...and loving it...well the keyboard IS small but no biggie, just about getting used to it...

and I was wondering if I put the RAM from the 901 (1GB) on the F8 and the2GB RAM stick to my 901??? would the RAMs be compatible???

I've upgraded a RAM before and it said something about the RAM has to be a right fit (something MHz)...so anyways...thanks for your advice/suggestions :)

PS >> so Eee runs on XP home 3rd service pack and how much RAM does it reads upto? and would 1GB be enough ??? plenty? ifee???
