Over the past year I have had a lot of trouble with my Asus. From screen problems to webcam problems to charger problems. I think I've had to send out my laptop five times? I am now AGAIN having problems with my laptop. The webcam is not working and i've reinstalled windows and talked with someone a while ago about it and they said I should try asking for another laptop if I've had this much trouble with it.

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this? If you've ever asked for a replacement and gotten one? I'm not asking for an upgrade, just the same unit that I have.

Any feedback would be great! Thanks! :]

In some countries at least, 3 warranty repairs are enough to enable you to get a replacement with an equally good or better (more recent) computer.

I suggest you call/email the ASUS support center, make your case strongly (but not rudely! be polite) and request a replacement. See what they say.

Do you know if the US is one of those countries?

Also, who should I email? Support? or...?
    Thank-you.

I suggest call as a first option. US is one of the countries with one of the best, if not the best, ASUS support, so you should be OK.
