    Hey,

Recently I've been experiencing some random downclocking from my 9500M GS. During gaming the game would freeze for a while then the fps goes down a lot. Now, I know this is the typical symptom of heat downclocking, but this has happened sub-90C too. Just now according to rmclock the highest was 90(just after it hit 90) and it happened, but I've been able to play for a long time at around ~95.

And, if no-one is able to give me any help for the above, another question:

I had my G1 replaced recently with a new machine. This one has 1 year warranty (according to the sticker), but as far as I know, my warranty would still be counted from the original purchase date of the G1. Is this true or do I still have an year of warranty ?
Would like the reapply the thermal paste and make sure the heatsink is properly on.

Sadlhy the downclocking does not necesarily happen due to temperature... I had a 9500M last year and it happened to me only with a couple of games, and only sometimes.

I installed the latest drivers back then, and the problem was much less persistant, but it never trully went away.

I've disabled the powermizer on AC, because everytime the gpu switches it causes some really annoying flickering. And as it happens often, I can't stand it.
