This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I hate to ask a stupid question but I want to make sure..when sending a laptop in for RMA, do I need to include the power cord? :eek:

    No they don't need your power cord/adapter, they have their own for testing.
