I just received my new W7J a few days ago. It's my first Asus as well as my first C2D notebook. MobileMeter used to work perfectly on my previous notebook but it's giving me erroneous readings on my new notebook. It starts at 1.66GHz and goes up to 2GHz. I understand that it's old software, so my question is... is there some other program I can use to monitor my CPU usage? Is there a program that monitors both cores? Thanks in advance.

Core Temp will correctly display your CPU temps and voltage, but it doesn't update the CPU speed and doesn't have the nice graphs MobileMeter has. MobileMeter hasn't worked on the last two generations of HP notebooks either.

Thanks. I'm using PC Wizard 2006 right now. I remembered that if you minimize the program, it shows the relevant info. I wish it monitored both cores though.
