This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hey guys I'm looking to get a new computer, and have decided to get an Asus but am unsure of which model to purchase. I am looking for something under $700. I will be mainly using the computer for usual internet surfing, watching movies and sports, music, occasional online poker, overall nothing too involved. The three models I have been looking at are the UL30A-X5, U50F, and UL50VT. Any opinions or suggestions for other models to look at? Thanks for your help!
