Is it possible for me to remove one of the keys to clean under it, like on a normal keyboard?

I strongly reccommend that you do NOT do that... I had to replace my keyboard ($50) by myself after popping off my "enter" key to clean what's under it. I was unable to attach the key back in.

The springs are made out of plastic and they are very very delicate (plastic hinges that have ~0.25mm diameter cylinders).

Get a blower (used to clean digital SLR camera sensors) or better yet, can of compressed air to clean your keys.

You can take out the entire keyboard and try to shake out or use compressed air to blast any dust/dirt out, but the individual keys themselves are not removable. Check my M50 disassembly guide if you want to dismantle your keyboard.
