This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I WAS going to pick up a W3V but with all this talk of new Yonah-based notebooks coming out, I might wait a bit. As with most Asus owners, I'm betting that looks count.

    Anyone know where I can get a sneak peak (high quality) of the new Core Duo notebooks?

    Sure look at the notebooks available now. They look exactly the same just with a core duo. problem solved. only the whitebooks right now look different.

    Yep at least for the next few months I wouldnt expect to many changes to the current line up of cases, Justin maybe able to enlight us a bit more on the one or two new notebooks in the works....I do believe that an ultra/sub notebook is in the works as is a possible tablet, but they may not make it to the states and could be a way away.
