Is there a way to overclock a V6J CPU through a program or BIOs?

Why would you want to do that? =/

Do you need more than the 1.6GHz of CPU speed? What for?

But back on topic, you can't do it from the BIOS, and I have no idea about software to do it otherwise.

I have never and will never do this, I find the v6j to be fast enough as is. The usual overclocking programs for Core Duo processors will work. Search for those on the forum. You need be really careful with the V6j, though, its cooling system isn't as robust as some computers, so you don't want to overheat it.
