    New laptop help

    Hey new to the forum and laptops just got an asus Q301LA-BHI5T02 and have some questions/concerns. Only had the laptop for 2 days and all i did was download itunes and uploaded my songs.
    Now first thing is the hard drive light is always flashing just curious why? Didnt do it the first day.
    Second thing is i was browsing games on the store when suddenly my cursor was really laggy and eventually froze. I powered down the laptop and when i started it back up it said configuring windows it got the 15 percent then reset then 30 percent and reset, it reset 4 times before it finished. The laptop is working fine now but not sure why that happened and now wont let me download games from the store or windows 8.1???

    What's your ram usage like? Windows will start to learn your behaviour and cache programs to memory for quick access.

    Try signing out of your microsoft account and going back in.
