    Notebook ASUS N53SV SZ586V

    - Clean Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1 installation
    - Installed all up-to-date device drivers (downloaded from ASUS web site) choosing right wireless / bluetooth drivers (in my case it needs Azurewave Wireless Lan Driver and Application)
    - Installed up-to-date ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities (downloaded from ASUS web site)
    - Updated O.S. via Windows Update
    - Installed up-to-date on-board Intel video card and nVIDIA GT 540M video card drivers

Memtest86 for 2 hours without errors.

No way... resuming from stand-by the PC very often hangs and after few minutes I have to force power off. Can anyone help me?
