So I bought my first laptop on March 17th and it was an Asus F8SN-B1. After much research, I decided this was the one to get and at the time, there were no local shops (living in Canada) selling them without having to order it. So I thought if I am going to order it, it doesn't matter if its local or not since I cannot actually see the physical product anyways until it arrives. I then went searching for the cheapest yet more reputable reseller, and after going through these forums, I found ExcaliberPC.

I made my first notebook purchase through his website and I was very pleased. As some of you know, Asus made a misprint on their B1 stating it was WGXA+ but it was only WGXA. ExcaliberPC was kind enough to offer those who bought the B1 a $50 discount. After some days, I received my laptop and it was perfect. A smooth transaction for a great laptop and I was happy.

After around 2.5 months, I noticed that the Asus bag that came with the laptop was showing signs of wear and tear, fast. The stitching was coming off, the stitching for the velcro was falling apart and the side parts where the shoulder strap is held by was also coming lose. I emailed Asus and they told me that their warranty for accessories only lasts for 30 days. I was a bit upset, and thought I was just **** out of luck and had to buy a new bag. Take note, the bag is actually made by Targus and not Asus. Anyways, I really wanted to get an Asus branded bag so I thought I would PM ExcaliberPC asking if he sells any Asus bags and I would be glad to purchase from him. To my surprised, he replied back fast and stated that he might actually have a spare Asus bag that he could send to me, for free. I was so shocked, Asus themselves would not send me a bag, but a reseller is willing too? Wow, what great customer service! So he went to check his warehouse and he did infact have an extra bag and I told him that I live in Canada but if it's cheaper, he can ship it to the states to my friends address and I can pick it up from there. Well, being such a great store, he decided to ship it to me directly to Canada and the post service charge was $26 yet he was able to negotiate with the postal company and send it to me free!

What an amazing reseller. This guy takes care of his customers to all ends and I have never been more happy. I just received the bag today (I think it took 4 days shipping?) and its great.

    Thanks alot ExcaliberPC!
