I've got my new M3000Np last week and it has a M3N4S2P battery pack which i supposed to be standard. (confirmation appreciated from other users on that and if it is in fact an 8 cells pack )
Battery life in my case is not what was advertised (like 5 hrs - 6 hrs with normal use) it is more like 3- hrs with light usage.
I'd like some comparison with other users anf what modes they use to achieve their results. (customer service also if they read that!)

I suspect a faulty battery pack but would like to compare with others before concluding.

    Thanks Norm

My M3Np has same battery pack (M3N4S2P).

I can get about 5 hours of battery life with the home/office setting, normal usage... Not sure why yours is so little... you're probably right about it being a faulty battery pack.
