That's the Asia version, speculation is that it won't be released here(NA) until later, and with a better graphics card(8600?).

Since it's Q2, the 8600 should be around the market already.

The educated guess I gave for a santa rosa model should put it's ETA well into the end of Q2..... The price seems like it may be smack dab at $3k here in the US, but that's yet to been really seen - and will be up in the air until they arrive.

One note.. the new W2pb w/ WUXGA screen just got bumped up $100 to $2,899.... My guess for the Vx2 was about $2,900.... but I believe this too will be pushed up at least around that level. You must remember also that Vista Ultimate itself adds about $100 to the cost of the unit as well.... so perhaps we could be jumping up past that 3k mark..

The US version... at least after Santa Rosa is released, should be pretty darn sweet... expensive... but as close to maxed out as it can be... super high quality.... beautiful... and limited edition... so the pretty penny you'll pay will be worth it to those that have the money ;)
