Sometimes when I'm typing on my g1s, it's like the language changes to chinese and I can't type anything or figure a way to get out of it...is it a button I'm hitting that's doing this or what? Is there a way to turn this pointless crap off?

try checking the language bar (its a windows tool) it must have english as default language. plus delete any other languages so that you wont change to another language by accident.

AH...thanks, while I was deleting those languages I saw that the key combo was left alt+shift. Thank god that's gone.

I had the same problem with mine a few days ago when I got it. It was the most annoying/frustrating thing ever! :p I finally figured how to disable it.
